To select an o-ring, you must determine two factors, the size of the o-ring and the material from which it is made. Both selection criteria are equally critical to determining the proper o-ring for your application.
You can view the properties of various elastomers on our materials page section.
To determine the size you need, the following sizing chart represents standard o-ring sizes in accordance to AS 568A. The five standard cross sections
(.070, .103, .139, .210, .275) are represented as well as the 900 series for tube fitting bosses. If a non-standard or metric size is required,
please contact our office for assistance.
